Rosemary has practised law for over 25 years and has extensive experience in property and commercial law and general legal matters. Areas of practice include; subdivisions, sale and purchase of residential & commercial property, retirement village occupation licences, financing transactions, commercial leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, estate planning, estate administration, wills, trusts & enduring powers of attorney. Rosemary believes in delivering her legal work to a high standard and is attentive, responsive and proactive in dealing with her clients’ legal requirements.
